Alf has spent over a decade brokering IT consultants to companies. Brokering, unlike the traditional consultancy model where consultants are assigned from an internal bench, starts with a specific client need and then finds the right person for the role. Working this way has enabled him to build a strong and active client network, now approaching 400 companies.

Before joining People Made Machines, Alf was the first commercial hire at Folq. He has also held roles at Omegapoint and Technogarden, among other companies.
